It seems in this day and age that everyone and their mother’s dog have a blog. You have business blogs, personal blogs, family blogs, school blogs, and even anonymous blogs where a bunch of individuals get together to create something. These type of blogs have different blog customization. If you are trying to make a video game blog, but your blog looks like a Fortune 500 companies blog, will people read it?

Some blogs are trying for the darker more serious approach, and should pick colors that follow suit. Others are trying to be bubble gum happy and they will show you that in their colors.

The current trend centers around minimal information and white space. Decide if you plan on following the trend or going for something completely unique.

Blog customization can make or break your blog. If your content is great but no one wants to look at your webpage, you won't get anywhere. People won't read your articles and you won't get noticed.
